Hi, I’m April…
I am going to be honest with you, becoming a wedding photographer was never part of the plan. Before I picked up a camera, I was a Community Nurse, working in and around Hertfordshire, supporting families through some of their most difficult moments. That experience taught me one thing: how powerful a single image can be years later. That understanding shapes how I approach your wedding, with sensitivity, intention, and a deep respect for the quiet, honest moments that happen only once.
Your wedding day isn’t a magazine shoot; it’s a room full of people who matter to you. My experience as a wedding photographer, a nurse and mum of 4 , allows me to combine stunning portraits with candid moments in a way that doesn't take over your day. I am a total people person!
